چکیده
< p class="a" dir="RTL"> این مقاله در پی یافتن رابطه بین برخی عوامل جمعیت شناختی و ابراز خشونت مردها نسبت به همسران خود می‌باشد و با استفاده از جدیدترین یافته ها عوامل مؤثر در بروز این مشکل اجتماعی را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. در این پژوهش فرضیه هایی در زمینه ارتباط عوامل مختلف (مانند سن، تحصیلات، درآمد ماهیانه، شغل زن و مرد، تعداد فرزندان، مدت زمان ازدواج و رضایت زن از زندگی زناشویی) با انواع خشونت (کلی، روان شناختی، جسمی و شدید) مردها نسبت به همسران خود به محک آزمایش گذاشته شد. گروه نمونه شامل 153 زن بود که به صورت تصادفی از مناطق مختلف شهرستان اهواز انتخاب شده بودند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده، مقیاس سوء رفتار با زن و پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی و خانوادگی بوده‌اند. یافته‌های به دست آمده نشان داد که از بین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه، رضایت زن از زندگی زناشویی بیشترین همبستگی منفی معنی دار را با هر چهار نوع خشونت دارد و تحصیلات مرد و زن نیز با خشونت کلی رابطه منفی معنی دار نشان داد. تحصیلات مرد نیز با خشونت روان شناختی رابطه منفی معنی داری داشت. همین طور رابطه تحصیلات مرد و زن با خشونت جسمی منفی بود ولی تعداد فرزندان و طول مدت ازدواج با خشونت جسمی رابطه مثبت و معنی دار داشت. تحلیل رابطه همه متغیرهای یاد شده با انواع مختلف خشونت نشان داد که رضایت زن از زندگی زناشویی بهترین پیش بینی کننده خشونت مردها نسبت به همسران خود است. در مجموع، نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که سه متغیر رضایت زن از زندگی زناشویی، تحصیلات مرد و طول مدت ازدواج پیش بینی کننده‌های خوبی برای خشونت جسمی مرد نسبت به همسرش می‌باشند.

< p class="a">This article reports a research on the relationship between some demographic factors and man’s violence against his wife. In this respect, some hypotheses were tested about the relationship between different demographic factors (age, education, income, occupation, number of children, the length of marriage and the satisfaction from marriage), and man’s violence (psychological, physical, severe and total) against his wife. 153 women from different parts of Ahvaz were selected randomly and The Woman Abuse Scale and a researcher-made questionnaire were used for collecting data. The results indicate that among different variables under study, satisfaction from marriage had the lowest risk of wife abuse. Education of both men and their wives had negative correlations with total violence, but only men’s education was negatively correlated with psychological violence. The men and their wives’ education were negatively correlated with physical violence, but the length of marriage and the number of children related positively to wife abuse. The multiple regression analyses showed that satisfaction from marriage is the best predictor of all types of wife abuse. Also the results indicate that satisfaction from marriage, education of men and the length of marriage are good predictors of physical abuse.
