چکیده

   هدف‌ از این‌ پژوهش‌ مطالعه‌ روائی‌ و پایائی‌ مقیاس‌ روش‌ درجه‌بندی‌ مهارت‌ اجتماعی‌ در ایران‌ بود. این‌ مقیاس‌ توسط‌ گرشام‌ و الیوت‌ تهیه‌ شده‌ و دارای‌ سه‌ فرم‌ ویژه‌ والدین‌، معلمان‌ و دانش‌آموزان‌ است‌. نمونه‌ این‌ پژوهش‌ 304 دختر و پسر 6 تا 12 ساله‌ بودند، به‌ منظور این‌ بررسی‌ معلمان‌ این‌ کودکان‌ که‌ از دبستانهای‌ چهار منطقه‌ آموزش‌ و پرورش‌ در شیراز به‌ طور تصادفی‌ انتخاب‌ شدند پرسشنامه‌های‌ ویژه‌ معلمان‌ را تکمیل‌ کردند و والدین‌ همان‌ کودکان‌ پرسشنامه‌ ویژه‌ والدین‌ را تکمیل‌ نمودند. همچنین‌ از 99 دانش‌آموز کلاسهای‌ چهارم‌ و پنجم‌ خواسته‌ شد پرسشنامه‌ ویژه‌ دانش‌آموز را تکمیل‌ کنند. روائی‌ مقیاس‌ از چند طریق‌ بررسی‌ شد: 1. مقایسه‌ نمرات‌ دختران‌ و پسران‌، 2. رابطه‌ زیر آزمونهای‌ مقیاس‌، 3. رابطه‌ نمرات‌ پرسشنامه‌ ویژه‌ دانش‌آموز و مقیاس‌ کفایت‌ ادراک‌ شده‌ کودکان‌، 4. رابطه‌ مهارت‌ اجتماعی‌ و سن‌. پایائی‌ پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق‌ همبستگی‌ بین‌ بخشهای‌ مختلف‌ مهارت‌ اجتماعی‌ و مشکلات‌ رفتاری‌ در دو فرم‌ ارزیابی‌ والدین‌ و معلمان‌ و ضریب‌ آلفای‌ کرونباخ‌ تعیین‌ گردید. پایائی‌ نظر والدین‌ و معلمان‌ در بخش‌ مشکلات‌ رفتاری‌ بیشتر از مهارت‌ اجتماعی‌ بود. مهارت‌ اجتماعی‌ کودکان‌ در دو موقعیت‌ خانه‌ و مدرسه‌ دستخوش‌ تغییر است‌. ضرایب‌ آلفای‌ کرونباخ‌ حاکی‌ از ثبات‌ کمتر فرم‌ ویژه‌ دانش‌آموزان‌ نسبت‌ به‌ فرم‌ والدین‌ و معلمان‌ بود. نتایج‌ حاصل‌ از این‌ بررسی‌ مؤید روائی‌ و پایائی‌ مقیاس‌ برای‌ استفاده‌ در ایران‌ است‌. مهمترین‌ تفاوت‌ فرهنگی‌ بین‌ این‌ مقیاس‌ و مقیاس‌ اصلی‌، عدم‌ تفاوت‌ بین‌ دختران‌ و پسران‌ ایرانی‌ در زمینه‌ مهارت‌ اجتماعی‌ بود.

The purpose of this paper was to study the Validity - Reliabiability of social skill rating scale in Iran. This scale have developed by Gersham and Algot and have three specific sub-scales: for parents, teachers and pupils. The research sample were 304 boys & girls between 6-12 years old. Children social skill in school and home situation is changing. The Alpha Reliability Coeficent was indicated that pupils had less consisteny than their parents and teachers. The results showed that Valibily -Reliability of the Scale is applicable in Iran. The main cultural differçnce between Iran’s scale and original scale was related to the lack of differences between boys and girls in social skill.
