Abstract
The aim of the present study is to present an innovative idea for establishing a link between moral and aesthetic education in the school curriculum, inspired by Friedrich Schiller's educational philosophy. In thefirst step,we have briefly explained and explained Schiller's educational philosophy and its philosophical foundations. In the second step,we have specified this educational philosophy to establish a link between moral and aesthetic education usinga deductive method.According toSchiller, the realization of true education depends on the indissoluble link between moral and aesthetic education.Schiller, recognizing a destructive duality in modern man and society, namely the separation of "sense"from "reason"or "matter"from "form",believes that a one-dimensional moral education, which emphasizes only the command of reason, leads to rational tyranny and the suppression of natural instincts. The realization of this integrated education passes through the path of aesthetic experience, especially in artistic education,in which the moral duty does not emerge as an imposed matter by abstract reason, but as the result of an inner and natural desire. The ultimate goal of education is the moral and aesthetic aspects of a educated person. This connection in the educational system such schools means that art and moral education are both central to the curriculum. The main tools and methods in art classes of schools come from the periphery to the center ‌and act as a showcase for the formation of the moral character ‌of the educators.Concquentelyby establishing a link between moral education and aesthetic education, the school environment becomes as a meaningfull situation for understanding and experiencingthe beauty of moral matters and cultivating balanced and self-motivated moral characters.
