Abstract

The main aim of this paper is Development a model to evaluation of spirituality of workplace and identify the effective factors among the academic members of Azad University. Based on review literature and interview with academic staff a relevant questionnaire was developed. Sample of research were all academic staff of Azad University in Zone 6. With use of random sampling a sample compose of 400 people were selected and questionnaire were distributed among them. Data were analyzed via exploratory factor analysis and Liserel Liner equations model. The results of exploratory factor analysis shows that spirituality of work environment composed of three indicators as: within individual, between individual and Para-individual. Also Liserel Liner equations model indicates that all paper hypothesis were confirmed.
