چکیده
در سال‌های اخیر درخواست‌هایی برای دیدگاه سیستمی در جهت غنی‌سازی شغلی معلمان مطرح شده است. چندین تجزیه و تحلیل بین کشوری شباهت هایی را در رویکرد غنی‌سازی شغلی معلم از استخدام، آماده سازی، القاء و توسعه حرفه ای مستمر نشان میدهد. پیشرفت در این مسیر شغلی نیز با پیشرفت تخصص معلمان، از جمله تجربه و شایستگی همراه بوده است. بنابراین، تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر تدرس پژوهی بر غنی‌سازی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان کوهدشت در سال تحصیلی 1401-02 انجام گرفت.
روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان کوهدشت که در سال تحصیلی 1401-02 در مدارس محل خدمت خود مشغول به اجرای فرایند تدرس‌پژوهی بودند و همچنین معلمانی که در این دوره‌ها شرکت نکرده بودند. حجم نمونه برای گروه آزمایش 45 نفر و گروه کنترل 45 نفر بود. به منظور نمونه‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه غنی‌سازی شغلی هاکمن و اولدهام، 1975 و 1976 گردآوری شد. روایی ابزار توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد که مقدار این آزمون برای کل پرسشنامه از 58% تا 68% در نوسان بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد.
نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین نمرات غنی‌سازی شغلی معلمان شرکت کرده در فرایند تدرس‌پژوهی و معلمان شرکت نکرده در این فرایند تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (p= 0/000).

Introduction
In recent years, there have been requests for a systemic perspective to enrich teachers' careers. Several cross-country analyses. It shows similarities in the teacher's career enrichment approach of recruitment, preparation, induction and continuous professional development. Progress in this career path has also been associated with the development of teachers' expertise, including experience and competence. The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of teaching research on the career enrichment of elementary teachers in Kohdasht city in the academic year 2001-02.
Method
The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. The statistical population of the research includes all elementary school teachers in Kohdasht city who were engaged in the teaching-research process in their schools in the academic year 1401-02, as well as teachers who did not participate in these courses. The sample size for the experimental group was 45 people and the control group was 45 people. Available sampling method was used for sampling. The data was collected using the career enrichment questionnaire of Hockman and Oldham, 1975 and 1976. The validity of the tool was checked by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha, and the value of this test for the entire questionnaire fluctuated from 58% to 68%. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used to analyze the data.
Results
The results of the research showed that there is a significant difference between the career enrichment scores of teachers who participated in the study-research process and teachers who did not participate in this process (p=0.000). Therefore, it can be said that teaching research can help to enrich the career of teachers.
Discussion
Necessary trainings in the field of lesson study should be given and during the training courses how to design, implement and evaluate lesson study should be explained to them, holding a research lesson conference in regional education can be a solution to familiarize teachers with lesson study.
