چکیده

جایگاه مهار به عنوان یک خصوصیت شخصیتی به این معنا اشاره دارد که هر انسان دارای مجموعه‌ای از باورهاست مبنی بر اینکه افراد یا اشیایی پاداش هاو تنبیه ها را در زندگی وی کنترل می‌کنند. برخی از افراد جهت گیری درونی دارند با این اعتقاد که تبحر، سخت کوشی و رفتار مسئولیت پذیر به پیامدهای مثبت منجر می شود و نتایج تحت کنترل خودشان است. گروهی دیگر جهت‌گیری بیرونی دارند با این اعتقاد که رویدادها از طریق شانس، قدرت دیگران و عوامل ناشناخته و غیر قابل کنترل تعیین می شوند و در نتیجه پیامدها، خارج از کنترل آنهاست. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین جایگاه مهار و عملکرد تحصیلی است. نمونه این بررسی شامل ۲۱۷ دانش آموز دختر و پسر پایه سوم دوره راهنمایی شهرستان دزفول بود که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. فرضیه اصلی این پژوهش که به سه فرضیه فرعی تجزیه شده است، بدین صورت است: «به این جایگاه مهار و عملکرد تحصیلی رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد». نتایج تحلیل آماری داده ها نشان می دهد که ضرایب همبستگی بین دو متغیر یاد شده در سطح آماری (05/0 > P) معنی دارند.

چکیده [English]

Locus of control is a personality characteristic, indicating that every individual has a set of beliefs regarding people and things that control reinforcements and punishments in his or her life. Some people have internal orientation: believing that skill, diligent behaviour and responsibility will result in positive outcomes. are there individuals have external orientation assuming that events are are determined by chance. Powerful others and factors unknown and uncontrollable. The letter group believe outcomes are beyond their control.
the aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between locus of control and academic performance. The sample consisted of 217 male and female 3rd grade guidance- School students of the city of Dezful, selected by multi-stage random sampling method. The general hypothesis after study was that there is a positive correlation between locus of control and academic performance. The results of the present study show that the correlation coefficient for females are 0.20 to 0.40, for males 0.24 0.67 and for the whole sample are 0.22 to 0.46. All the coefficients are significant at p < 0.05.
