چکیده

لازمه تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های استراتژیک وجود تفکر استراتژیک است و فقدان تفکر استراتژیک در مدیران یک کمبود اساسی در سازمان‌ها به شمار می‌رود که امکان کشف فرصت‌های جدید را تضعیف می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف مطالعه نظام‌مند و ارائه فرا ترکیبی از الگوهای نظری و پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده صورت گرفت. روش بررسی این پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی است که با روش تحلیل محتوا به کمک فرا ترکیب انجام‌شده و ازنظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش و اصلی‌ترین منابع گردآوری اطلاعات، پژوهش‌های متعددی است که در سنوات اخیر در حوزه تفکر استراتژیک در داخل و خارج از ایران انجام‌شده است. از مجموع 10 جلد کتاب و 79 مقاله‌ای که از پایگاه‌های معتبر داخلی و خارجی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت، متناسب با ارتباط موضوعی داده‌ها، تعداد 61 نمونه به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب، 12 مؤلفه پرتکرار شناسایی و در نهایت 56 مفهوم به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های نهایی استخراج شدند. در مراحل بعدی، کدگذاری و طبقه‌بندی اطلاعاتی از پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده صورت گرفته و الگوها، پایه‌های نظری حوزه تفکر استراتژیک و مقولات و مضامین اصلی استخراج شدند. حاصل تحلیل محتوای استقرایی و ترکیبی مقولات و نتایج تحلیل و ترکیب‌ها، استخراج یک چهارچوب مفهومی در حوزه مطالعات تفکر استراتژیک حول 3 سطح، فردی، گروهی و سازمانی است. نتایج حاصله دال بر ارتباط تفکر استراتژیک مدیران با میزان موفقیت سازمان‌ها بوده و یکپارچه‌سازی تفکر استراتژیک در سازمان قابلیتی حیاتی ایجاد می‌کند که پایه ‌یک مزیت رقابتی پایدار را تشکیل می‌دهد و بر این اساس الگوی مفهومی تفکر استراتژیک طراحی شد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction
The compilation and operation of strategic programs depend upon strategic thinking and The absence of strategic thinking is among the basic deficits in most organizations which can weaken the possibility of discovering new opportunities. This study aims at doing a systematic research and presenting a meta-synthesis of theoretical patterns and researches, already performed.
 
Method
The research is methodologically qualitative and synthetic in type and its content is analyzed according to the meta-synthesis performed in this study subscribing to its practical aim.
 
Results
The result of analyzing the inductive content and the combination of categories and results of analysis and combinations is the extraction of a conceptual framework in the field of strategic thinking studies in the form of 56 concepts and 12 components around three levels, individual, group, and organizational. The results point to the relationship between managers' strategic thinking and the success rate of organizations, and the integration of strategic thinking in the organization creates vital capabilities that form the basis of a sustainable competitive advantage and, accordingly, a strategic thinking model was designed.
 
Discussion
In this research, by studying the researches, the effective variables of strategic thinking were identified, codified and classified and theoretical grounds, main categories and themes were extracted and the conceptual model of strategic thinking was developed. Although it could be seen that the intuitive and systemic dimensions were separate, with more emphasis on studies, these dimensions were subdivided into the next dimension of the individual. On the other hand, in order to understand strategic thinking in an organizational environment, one has to look beyond the subjects such as the context of the group and its impact on the ability to think strategically and ultimately to provide a framework for strategic thinking, we combine the micro-focus of the individuals and groups with a macro-focus of the organization.
