هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزش کارآفرینی سازمان کار و امور اجتماعی استان خوزستان در سال 1389 می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل کلیه‌ی افراد متقاضی کار و تسهیلات اشتغال‌زایی سازمان کار و امور اجتماعی استان خوزستان به تعداد 13567 نفر است، که با بهره‌گیری از جدول تعیین حجم نمونه‌ی مورکان تعداد 370 نفر نمونه انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شده‌اند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری، پرسشنامه‌ی سنجش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی کارآفرینان ایرانی با 95 سؤال و 4 طیف بوده که پایایی آن 92/0 و روایی همزمان آن 74/0 گزارش شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی بوده که در سطح آمار توصیفی از مشخصه‌هایی نظیر میانگین و انحراف‌معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که دوره‌های آموزش کارآفرینی در پرورش قابلیت کارآفرینی متقاضیان مؤثر بوده است (006/8=F و 005/0≥P)؛ محل اخذ مدرک تحصیلی در میزان قابلیت کارآفرینی متقاضیان مؤثر نبوده است (360/0=F و 55/0≥P) و بین میزان قابلیت کارآفرینی متقاضیان بر اساس متغیر جنسیت تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (350/0=F و 85/0≥P).

Abstract
The purpose of current research is examined of entrepreneurship education courses effectiveness in the Khuzestan province's Labor organization and Social Affairs. Statistical populations is employment equipment and labor applicants all of Khuzestan province¢s Labor organization and Social Affairs in 1389 second semester. 370 numbers has selected the sample and intersected to experiment and control groups. Measurement instrument is questionnaires of personality characteristics measuring of Iranian entrepreneurs- the questions 95 and the spectrum 4, which has reported its Reliability 0/92 and concurrent validity 0/74. Analyzed of dates by using spss software is done at levels of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (analysis of covariance). Main of consequences of this research is: 1- Training of entrepreneurship has been effective in applicants entrepreneurship capabilities nurture (p≥ 0/005 & f= 8/006). 2 - Place of degree grasp has not been effective in the applicants entrepreneurial capabilities rate (p≥ 0/55 & f= 0/360). 3 –between the men and women entrepreneurial capabilities has not been observation significant difference (p≥ 0/85 & f= 0/350).
