چکیده

این مطالعه رابطه بین تعهد سازمانی و رفتار مدنی سازمانی را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. نمونه تحقیق شامل 160 نفر از مدیران مدارس شهرستان دزفول بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ضریب همبستگی ساده و چندگانه برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که روابط مثبت و معنی‌داری بین تعهد عاطفی و هنجاری با رفتار مدنی سازمانی وجود دارد. رابطه بین تعهد مستمر و رفتار مدنی سازمانی معنی‌دار نبود. علاوه بر آن نتایج نشان دادند که تعهد عاطفی بیشترین نقش را در پیش‌بینی رفتار مدنی سازمانی و حیطه‌های آن دارد.

چکیده [English]

This study explored the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The sample consisted of 160 Schools principals in Dizful who were selected via simple random sampling method. Simple and multiple correlations were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that there is significant and positive correlation between effective and normative commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. There is not significant relationship between continuance commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the results showed that effective commitment had the most important role in prediction of organizational citizenship behavior and its facets.
