چکیده
این تحقیق به منظور طراحی و تبیین مدلی جهت ارزیابی معنویت محیط کار و شناسایی عوامل اثر گذار بر آن در بین اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه آزاد انجام پذیرفت. بر اساس ادبیات تحقیق و نظرات متخصصان پرسشنامه‌ی سنجش شاخص‌ها تنظیم شد. جامعه‌ی آماری این تحقیق کلیه‌ی اعضای هیأت علمی منطقه‌ی 6 دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی می‌باشند. از بین جامعه‌ی آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقاتی و جدول مورگان تعداد 400 عضو هیأت علمی انتخاب و پرسشنامه‌ها در بین آنان توزیع گردید. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که معنویت محیط کار شامل سه شاخص بعد درون فردی، میان فردی و ماورا فردی می‌باشد. یافته‌های حاصل از مدل معادلات اندازه‌گیری نشان می‌دهد که کلیه‌ی فرضیات مربوط به مدل معادلات اندازه‌گیری تأیید شده‌اند.

چکیده [English]
The main aim of this paper is Development a model to evaluation of spirituality of workplace and identify the effective factors among the academic members of Azad University. Based on review literature and interview with academic staff a relevant questionnaire was developed. Sample of research were all academic staff of Azad University in Zone 6. With use of random sampling a sample compose of 400 people were selected and questionnaire were distributed among them. Data were analyzed via exploratory factor analysis and Liserel Liner equations model. The results of exploratory factor analysis shows that spirituality of work environment composed of three indicators as: within individual, between individual and Para-individual. Also Liserel Liner equations model indicates that all paper hypothesis were confirmed.
