Abstract

Abstract
In this study the pathology of the training systems of Ahvaz City’s organizations and their relationship and interaction with entrepreneurship talents of the personal in services organization. To this and various factors relevant to the pathology of training systems such as the structure and milieu human and regulation, and the efficacy of human resources were surveyed the statistical population of the research aneioted of the employees of the educational departments of Khuzestan water and power organization the electricity Distribution co, of Ahvaz, the General- office of labor and Wedfare Organization of Ahvaz.  Via random stratified sampling to participants were selected. The instruments used for collecting data comprised 2 questionnaire one of which was used for checking entrepreneurships talent and the other purposes of surveying organization pathology. The questionnaires proved to have positive validity and their reliabilities measured in terms of Cronbach's alpha were .82 & .91 respectively the findings of the statistical analyses (spss) indicated the presence of entrepreneurship among the personnel, no relationship was discovered between and organizational pathology. A linear regression analysis showed that .93% of training systems' pathology was due to factors outside the area of entrepreneurship of the personnel.
